As always, our clients have asked and we have listened.
We would like to introduce the instant address book as a new E-Sign feature.
To access this, simply send a document out for signing in the normal manner.
When you enter your recipient’s name, you will now see the address book icon to the right of the e-mail field...
Simply click on the address book icon, and E-Sign will automatically import e-mail addresses previously used for your documents..
Next, just select the recipients you wish to add, and send the document out as normal. Simple!
